Why Zenvoriq

A client-facing job where delivery actually happens

Most client-side roles mean apologizing for missed deadlines. Ours doesn't. The engineering team behind you is senior-only, and they ship every sprint.

You own the relationship

Not a queue of tickets. You are the person your clients call, and you have the authority to make decisions on their accounts.

Remote, on US hours

Work from anywhere in the United States on a normal US schedule. Our engineers shift their day to overlap with you — not the other way around.

Upside tied to the work

Compensation is base plus a performance component tied to the accounts you own and grow. Your results are visible and they count.

A small team with real weight

Seven people run the entire US side of the business. There is no layer between you and how the company is run.

Technical enough to be interesting

You'll talk architecture, scope and trade-offs with engineers and CTOs. You don't need to code, but you do need to be curious.

No cold-call factory

We don't run scripts, dialers or daily call quotas. We win work by being genuinely good at the consultative part.

Build Solve Grow Together

The people who talk to clients and the people who build the software are one team here — same goals, same information, same sprint review.

All roles are full-time and remote anywhere in the US. Don't see an exact match? Apply anyway and tell us what you'd want to own.

Client Partner Sales & Accounts Remote · US  •  Full-time

You own a portfolio of US client relationships end to end — from the first discovery call through scoping, delivery oversight and long-term growth. You are the person clients trust, and the person who makes sure our engineering team is solving the right problem.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery calls and translate business goals into a clear project scope
  • Write proposals and estimates together with the engineering lead
  • Hold weekly client check-ins and quarterly account reviews
  • Grow existing accounts by spotting the next problem worth solving

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in client-facing roles at a software, agency or consulting firm
  • Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs without needing to write code
  • A track record of retaining and growing accounts, not just closing them
  • Based in the United States and able to work US business hours

Compensation: Base salary plus performance component tied to your accounts. Range to be confirmed.

What you'll do

  • Run sprint planning, demos and retrospectives with the engineering leads
  • Maintain the shared backlog and keep clients current on status and cost
  • Flag risk early — scope creep, dependencies, slipping timelines
  • Own the weekly written report that goes to every client

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years managing software delivery in an agile environment
  • Fluent in the vocabulary of modern web, cloud and mobile projects
  • Calm, direct communicator who gives clients bad news early
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore teams is a plus

Compensation: Base salary plus delivery performance bonus. Range to be confirmed.

Solutions Consultant Pre-sales Remote · US  •  Full-time

You are the technical half of the first conversation. You join discovery calls, understand the client's existing stack, and shape a solution our engineers can actually build on time and on budget.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical discovery with client CTOs and engineering leads
  • Produce solution outlines, architecture sketches and effort estimates
  • Work with EU engineering leads to validate feasibility before we commit
  • Support proposals, security reviews and vendor questionnaires

What we're looking for

  • A background in engineering, solutions architecture or technical pre-sales
  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application stacks
  • Able to explain a system clearly to a non-technical executive
  • Based in the United States

Compensation: Base salary plus performance component. Range to be confirmed.

  • Run thoughtful outbound and follow-up that earns a first meeting
  • Build referral and partner channels alongside the client partners
  • Keep the pipeline and CRM honest and current

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in B2B business development, ideally selling services or software

  • Own client onboarding: accounts, access, tooling, kickoff logistics

FAQ

Questions candidates ask

Is this a remote role, or do I need to be in a specific city?

Fully remote, anywhere in the United States. We work US business hours and meet in person a few times a year.

Do I need a technical background?

For the Solutions Consultant role, yes. For the others you need to be comfortable holding a technical conversation and curious enough to learn — but you won't be writing code.

What does working with the European team actually look like?

Our engineers shift their day to overlap at least 8 hours with US Eastern time. You'll have daily written communication, a shared backlog, and live sprint demos every two weeks.

How is compensation structured?

Every role is a base salary plus a performance component tied to what you own. Specific ranges are listed on each role and confirmed in writing before any offer.

Do you sponsor visas?

These US roles require existing authorization to work in the United States.

What if none of the open roles fit?

Choose "Open application" in the form and tell us what you'd want to own. We read every one.
